Nintendo have confirmed that they will launch the latest version of their handheld console, the Nintendo Dsi XL on March 5th.

The fourth DS model to be luanched by Nintendo since 2005 is geared for gamers who want to use their Nintendo handheld for accessing internet and as a music player. Features include

• a larger 4.2 inch screen
• a longer Stylus
• a built-in web browser
• two pre-loaded games
• battery which lasts for 4-5 hours under maximum brightness and 13-17 hours under minimum brightness

Red and Dark Brown models will be available in March with other colours expected to follow later in the year.
